Most places of employment just want you to come to work, do your job and get paid. Not Heritage Preschools. Heritage is a family. We work together, have each others backs, support and encourage one another. I have never worked for a company that places so much value on their employees like Heritage does. One of the things I love about this company is the ability to grow. If an open position comes available you are free to apply for it and if you are not selected for the position they go out of their way to teach you so you can be ready for the next open position. If your calling in life is to work with children, you will not find a better environment than Heritage Preschools.

Throughout my tenure with Heritage Preschools, I have felt loved and supported by management and the families of children I care for. Working in childcare can be difficult as you navigate special seasons of each child's growth and development, but management does what they can to support staff and partner alongside families to ensure the success of each child. If I have ever had a concern or disagreement with a decision that was made, I felt listened to offered an explanation. Overall, it is a great environment where co-workers become like family and the relationships developed with the kids' families are unparalleled. I highly recommend working at Heritage Preschool!
